Self-Care During Stressful Times


This may be a stressful time for many right now. People are unsure about their health, their income, and the structure of their daily lives has been torn apart. You may be wondering what you can do to help yourself and your loved ones get through it.

I have created a short information page for the children at our school to take home. It includes things that they have been taught in yoga class so that they may feel a sense of control. Now they will have a way to help their families during this time of uncertainty. I want to share it with all of you. May it perhaps serve as an anchor for you and your family until the seas of life are calm again.
